Well, my first day of being on this plan saw 1 lb. gone, but 10 lbs. of self respect gained.
It was amazingly easy to do. I am doing it again today.

Could not find just a daily chat place to post here, so if I am out of place please excuse.

I got my book today, and although I have been try to start, I really ended up not doing it
right. So, today, I have been perfectly on plan, and want to get a good chunk off before my
brother's birthday dinner the latter part of Sept. The book really boosted my motivation.

I really would like to visit this team more so will do my best.

I had to hit RE-start today. I am starting over today. I even reset my SP weight loss ticker.

So, I guess I will use Thursdays as my weigh in day. emoticon

Yes if you don't see a thread for your day go ahead and start one.

My weigh in day is Friday. If no one else has started a thread for Friday weigh-ins, should I just go ahead and create one? This is my first week on the diet, so I'm really excited to see how I'm doing.

Well, Hey, I weighed Tuesday Morning and was astounded to see the results!!! So I got off, meaning to try again and see if it registered that same number again. Meanwhile across the face of the scale scrawled the word "ERROR," and the British female voice encaptured within the scale droned: "Error, please try again." It sounded sarcastic to me. I got on again when it reset and it registered 10 pounds more than before. The voice intoned my actual weight, and I swear it laughed at my expense!

I thought it would be a good idea to change this from Light & Fluffy to a Weigh In forum.

This way we can share our progress.
