Tosca has several books out on the market right now. The one I have listed is I believe her first one. We can do all of her books under this thread if you want since they are all related to Clean eating and Fitness. I have three of them and LOVE every one of them. I am finding that most trainers are leaning toward her philosophy and way of eating right now. Well at least the ones I have encountered here lately. She also has some good books on working out.
If you don't know much about her she is in AMAZING shape. at 45 years old. She went from over 200 lbs down to swim suit model shape with her way of eating. Her books are EASY to understand with very simple explanations that will make you slap your head and go, "DOH!" :)
She also has simple easy to follow cook books out there with WONDERFUL recipes. I promise if you follow her recomendations... you will not look at food the same way again. EVER!

I will begin posting some tidbits from the book listed in the topic line as I am starting my journey over using her methods and advice as I progress. So far in the last six weeks I have lost 19 lbs. from eating clean.
They say that your body is 80% nutrition, 10% Gym, and 10% Genetics. I whole heartedly believe it!!!! Hope that you enjoy it!
