I generally always have a shake and a piece of fruit for breakfast.
then for lunch I have an entree of choice and add either a salad or some chopped veggies . I find munching on them while my entree is cooking helps to fill me up quicker. I nearly always have another piece of fruit if still hungry or save for a mid afternoon snack.
I find that around 4 pm is my danger time so I always try to have some sort of protein then. I eat a greek yogurt or fruit or both. I sometimes have another shake and fruit or a protein bar if NOT too hungry but they do not fill me as well as a shake.
Then I eat my dinner very similiar to lunch
Later I snack on another shake and or fruit !
I try to quit eating by 7 pm due to heartburn problems !
Of course everyday varies a bit but this is my most normal day
