Thanks! I needed this and have bookmarked it on my computer. I actually have increased my fruit intake because of feeling constipated. Someone here mentioned eating salads so I am also adding salads again.
This week, after my Greek yogurt runs out
I will be going back to shakes for a spell. I really need to finish that nasty tub of Designer Whey. So, maybe after eating more freggies, taking a break from Greek yogurt and drinking shakes, the scale will move for me again...and my bowels
