Blklily i had a problem with the constipation for awhile. I upped the water/fluids and then my sister put me on to these fiber gummies she found at Target. 2 gummies a day plus the water seems to have done the trick.
This time I'm going to cheer you on with the weight loss. I know you CAN do it!!
Bay - we're all going thru the same things here. i wish more members would share or post even if just once in awhile. We can all learn from one another and boost each other. Seeing other people's success inspires me to keep going. Even in the book I liked reading about how this diet worked for others.

Running to the refrigerator is not considered exercise.

Thanks! I needed this and have bookmarked it on my computer. I actually have increased my fruit intake because of feeling constipated. Someone here mentioned eating salads so I am also adding salads again.
This week, after my Greek yogurt runs out I will be going back to shakes for a spell. I really need to finish that nasty tub of Designer Whey. So, maybe after eating more freggies, taking a break from Greek yogurt and drinking shakes, the scale will move for me again...and my bowels

I can simplify my life and lighten my burdens by deciding realistically what I want to do and what I have time to do. (~_^)
I know that recently I had to get back on track with the simple diet and so I went to Dr Anderson's blog for a refresher from the man himself! Check out the link below for his June 14th posting. I know it came at the right time for me.
