My advice is to do what someone told me, in this forum, THROW OUT EVERYTHING YOU THOUGHT YOU KNEW ABOUT A DIET and start fresh.
If Dr. A said you can use Splenda, girl go head :)
If you are concerned about it, either use a little amount or none at all. I had to get out my head that eating late was bad. This plan is so good that I eat when I want and the foods I'm suppose to, no matter how late and I still lose weight! Seriously, I still lose weight (lol)
