I am not the best person to answer your question as I had a 12.3 pound loss the first week. But I also think I may be the biggest person on this team (at least for now)

It will help you see what you can expect as the minimum weight loss for your size.

Own each and every pound that you release. You can do this.

Hello SD Team,

Tomorrow is my 1st weigh in and I am extremely nervous. I would have liked to have lost 2lbs and would be crushed had I not - to be honest. I would usually shut down and get in a funk after working so hard on a diet but I really don't want to be that way tomorrow if the scale does not tip my way - ugh! I am going to remain positive and hope for the best!

Have any of you NOT lost on your VERY 1st weigh in?
