These 3 from Dr McDougall's Right Foods fit the numbers to substitute as a shake meal, and I liked them all. They were in the natural foods section of a large local grocery store, but you can order them online as well.
Vegan Tortilla Soup With Baked Chips (double the nutrition data on the label for this one, as it claims "2 servings" per cup. Doubled, it comes to 200 cal, 10 g protein, very little fat.) I would eat this one every day, but the sodium content (once you double the numbers) is typical of a canned soup, lots higher than the shake it would be replacing. So I stick to a couple a week.
Vegan Split Pea Soup, Lower Sodium. I was dubious of a vegan instant pea soup, but the flavor was quite good!
Vegan Lentil Couscous Soup, Lower Sodium. Liked this one too. As a bonus, the couscous is whole wheat.
