yummmm. my hubby and I love green beans sauteed with some garlic, and I loooove roasted/grilled cauliflower. This inspired me to start cooking more fresh veggies instead of just microwaving steamable bags, which I find to be pretty bland.

Yes you can really play around and make it work for any of your favorites. Just the other night I did green beans, cauilflower & red bell peppers this way. Yummy. The cauliflower needs to be the first thing cooking though so it gets tender.

That sounds yummy! and I've got a cabinet FULL of different Mrs. Dash seasonings to use!!

Running to the refrigerator is not considered exercise.

I may not be there yet, but I'm closer than I was yesterday!

Okay here is something that I just love. The first time I had them was at Ruby Tuesdays and they are a great side dish or work well to put your entree onto.

Grilled Green Beans

1 cup frozen green beans (fresh if you have them will also work)
Butter Spray (it will take a lot of sprays before you get calories)
seasoning (whatever is your favorite I like a cajun blend)

Place beans in a non - stick skillet and spray the butter and add your seasoning. Cook on Med High until just tender tossing (or rolling them around with a spoon)
