my new goal started yesterday. I am going to glue my pedometer to my body (well, not literally) and work at increasing my steps each day. I guess I need a visual, daily reminder that I am making progress. I only weigh once a month at my doctor's office so I need something more frequent to keep me motivated. Using the pedometer has helped in the past so here goes.
Guess it never hurts to revisit old goals.

So far, I'm doing pretty well at alternating my workouts, but the past two Saturdays, I've let exercise slip. The scale is still moving down though!

My goal is to remember that the best tasting bites are the first and second. After that, the taste/pleasure ratio goes down. I know that sounds strange, but it'll keep A LOT of unnecessary calories out!! (Like the 3rd thru 15th bites of fudge!).

My goal is to do at least one application/job search a week this month. Week #1 I applied for a teaching job in a local school. Next week UNI!

my goal is to challenge myself BEFORE I place any food in my mouth...Is this what I really need to develop a healthy and fit body? ...no more mindless grazing.

my goal is to follow all my challenges, keep drinking water, exercise more and watch everything I have set before me. I think it is time to reduce stress.

My goals for this month is to start exercising again!! I am starting out slow with 10 minutes every day with a challenge I joined!! The new me is going to stop letting the old me in!!! Improving and try to join this month and hope for a little less stress soon!!! My son surgery is on the 1st and he needs some prayers so he can get it done!!! Because he has been sick some again!!! I am going to try for 7 days of 8 glasses of water!!! This is just a couple goals for now to the new me!!!
Keep it up and start everyday as a new day!!!

My goal is to enjoy the season, remember the reason and realize I don't have to eat everything I want to cook for the holidays.

I understand the losing/gaining of the same 5-7 lbs. I feel the frustration but know that I am going to win by getting over the hump...I just believe that it is time:) I can do it! I will do it! I believe you'll be able to as well!

I keep losing & gaining the same 5-7 lbs. I'll get down to 296-7 then I'll go back up to 302-3 again. Six times this has happened. It's frustrating. This is the month that this cycle gets broken. I don't want to be over 300 lbs. ever again!

My goal is going to be to keep up my workout schedule of alternating Turbo Jam (or other higher intensity cardio workouts) and Yoga Booty Ballet (or other yoga workouts). It seemed to work for me this month, so I think that I want to continue with it!
