my new goal started yesterday. I am going to glue my pedometer to my body (well, not literally) and work at increasing my steps each day. I guess I need a visual, daily reminder that I am making progress. I only weigh once a month at my doctor's office so I need something more frequent to keep me motivated. Using the pedometer has helped in the past so here goes.
Guess it never hurts to revisit old goals.
