So what you do is copy everything between the stars in our Challenge Forum. Only copy it ONCE and then you EDIT every day or at least once a week with your points. Your total points for the week must be entered by NOON, Sunday so that I can award the Goodies on Monday morning.

A weekly Goodie will be given for the highest points and a final LUXURY Goodie will be given for the total overall winner. This is not a really a competition, but a way for everyone to put in that extra little bit of effort into their new lifestyle.
