We've got a real "horse race" for first place this week. I'm holding on to the goodies until I'm certain everyone has posted all their points. Bed time (about 3 hrs) I'm awarding the goodies.

WOW, that is awesome Purple as when I ST I don't do any cardio.

Amy - You are definitely not a slackard. You are doing awesome. I usually only do 1/2 hour of exercise, but with summer being here and golf while I am not working, I am getting more. When I go back to work, back to my 1/2 hour it is :)

I do my 90 cardio in 2 to 3 "lumps". 20 minutes at lunch. And top it off in the evening. I always do at least 30 minutes of cardio before 30 strength training. So I guess, M,W,F I'm shooting for 120 minutes (90c + 30s).

Purple: I think you are doing it correctly because at 90 minutes per day of exercise, the most you could get is 124. I looked at the way you are adding and it is right. Big is doing more than 90 minutes per day most day which is why she is blowing us out of the water, LOL.

Purple, if you are doing 90 minutes at 5 times per week, then you are not counting your points right. Don't forget it is 90 points for those 90 minutes plus all the other points.

To get that many points you have to be do way more than 90 minutes a day. I do 90 minutes 5 days a week and you are way kicking my butt!

Don't forget though in time as you are upping your exercise, you will also have to up your CALORIES (oops, had to edit when I reread that) or you will stall the weight loss.
