REGULAR CHALLENGE

1. Log your nutrition (either on Spark People or in a journal)
2. Drink 8 glasses + water daily
3. Eat at least 4 fruit/veggies daily
4. Sleep at least 7 hours every night
5. Exercise daily at least 20 minutes

BONUS CHALLENGE

No eating after 8p.m.....................15 points per day

Give yourself 1 (one) point for each item except for #5 -
#5 Count each exercise minute as 1 point whether it's weights or cardio
