Sounds good; thanks

Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it’s a sudden bleeding emergency. But in terms of chronic care, they’re terrible; (that is) in terms of the illnesses that most people have, endure, that cost the most money, that last the longest and ultimately die from. -Dr. Andrew Saul

Salt, pepper, garlic, oregano, onion, parsley and "five other spices".
I let in marinade only an hour before it had a delicious flavor. The longer the veggie marinates, the stronger the flavors get!

Tell me more. What are the ingredients in that spice as I would like to put my own together. How long do you let the veggies soak in the seasoned water?

I take a Mason jar and fill it with a solution of water and (lots of) Cavendar's Greek Seasoning. Into this, I pack celery sticks or jicama. Delicious! I've also used a solution of chipolte & lemon that works well.
I imagine that any fibrous, water-laden veggie would work. Am anxious to try other flavor combinations.
