How wonderful that you have local produce so readily available!

Have you considered tossing them into stir fry, or cooking them (sliced) with other root veggies?

Roast them like you would a potato. I learned that for the same reason. they are good and when they are too strong, roasting takes them down a bit in harshness.

I get weekly fresh produce from a local farm, and this week, some beautiful watermelon radishes were added to my usual items. I've been just slicing them and adding them to salads or dipping them in hummus, but I'd love to find some other way to enjoy them! Any ideas?
