As long as you watch the amount of saturated fats you consume daily, you should be alright. Although MUFA's are preferable, sometimes, it's hard to completely avoid the saturated fats.

I rarely eat chicken because I'm just not a huge fan of it, lol!

A lot of people don't know this, but the leanest skinless chicken breast is still 20% fat. All animal products have fat no matter how they are prepared.

Chicken is my favorite but I rarely eat it just because of the fats.

I am "the least of these" of whom the Lord spoke.

I am the worst of sinners but have been saved by Grace through Jesus Christ my Lord!

My husband has high cholesterol, and he really likes Alfredo, so I came up with this recipe for him. It has the yummy flavor of Alfredo Sauce, without all the fat!
