I munch on carrots/celery sticks with homemade hummus for that 'crunch' factor. I tend to want snacks that are crunchy instead of smooth - a smoother snack doesn't satisfy me as well and then I'll eat more than I should.
I love nuts, but usually prepack them into little containers so I don't eat directly from the bag/can.
I like wholewheat crackers like Wasa or Kyvli spread with a little goat cheese and some Kalamata olives. The whole wheat olive oil and black pepper Triscuits are really good with the cheese/olives.
