Well Ladies, it has not been easy. I finished august and went into September with the goal of getting my food into focus. I have been 85% successful. I am taking breakfast and lunch to work. Most nights dinner is something prepared at home or healthier choice take out. I still have those unplanned dinners or lunch out on the weekend that seem to undo all the good that was done prior to that meal. I will continue to work on this but I really need to shift my focus to fitness. I know that I don't lose weight without working out. I prefer to work out the first thing in the morning. In order to do this, I have to have my workout clothes and business clothes laid out the night before and ready for me to wear or carry to the gym. I have had a hard time getting this done Last week I managed to be ready and at the gym two mornings. Ts week a dental appointment, buying a new car and a parent conference derailed my efforts. So as September slowly gives way to October, I am going to work at getting the three days at the gym in as well as having my food ready.
