Water – I am drinking over 8 cups per day
My goal is to be able to fit into my wedding dress this would be two dress sizes for me.
I am going to begin tracking everything I put into my mouth

Today I exercised for 1.5 hours by walking

Did 70 minutes of fitness- 55 min were cardio/ 15 min ST
Stayed w/in calorie range
