-Woke up this morning and did some core exercises. I'd forgotten how good modified planks could feel. Of course they're not the easiest exercise for me but you can sure feel your core when doing them.

I exercised all week and burned almost 8000 calories. That being said -I'm getting no where with the weight lose.

I feel better this week, so I'm back to walking.

Monday-did 75 minutes on treadmill, 25 minutes on st. bike, and 15 minutes on upper strength training plus 5 minutes for stretching after cardio.

Feel better soon. I've been battling with my asthma this week.
Exercised yesterday- did 2.22 hours on my treadmill and 6 hours of heavy cleaning. I was really sore last night and had a hard time getting any sleep. I feel better today but I'm still a little achy. Who knew your feet could hurt this bad. I'm going to have to fine a better shoe for walking. Anyone have any suggestions for a good brand of shoe???

Walked on treadmill for 2 hours. Had some fun doing a front cross step when I was at a slow point of my walking, it challenges your balance and uses your core more. I had fun with it.

I walked about 6 miles total yesterday. It was the annual Liberty Fall Festival. My daughter & I walked all around yesterday. Had fun, but a little hot.
