Yep. Mowed my half acre lawn...now known as "hells half acre" cause that is how I feel after I am done! It only took me 3.5 hours this time instead of 5.5 it took last time (it helps that I just did it last week and didn't wait a month in between)

I don't think that it fudgin at all. I count mowing. It is working muscles and cardio at the same time. I think spark people even have it as a fitness exercise...check it out.

Yes I dad a walk/ jog for 2.07 miles then came home and mowed for 5.5 hours (I have half an acre) with a 20" non self propelled push mower. I AM POOPED!

Oh my gosh...someone else is on here!!!!!! I was beginning to think I was all alone lol.

I went for a 2.77 mile walk today with my kids, my brother and my nephew. The boys were completely worn out (they are only 5 and 4) and my 12 year old ( who is also very overweight) thought she "was going to die" !

Yes. I did 2.15 miles walk/jog combo. My legs felt like lead today. The humidity was awful and I didn't take my medicine for my Achilles' tendon that is swollen. (Which reminds me, I haven't taken it tonight yet). I added 15 seconds to my time but that is ok because I didn't give up!

emoticon -Woke up this morning and did some core exercises. I'd forgotten how good modified planks could feel. Of course they're not the easiest exercise for me but you can sure feel your core when doing them.

Monday-did 75 minutes on treadmill, 25 minutes on st. bike, and 15 minutes on upper strength training plus 5 minutes for stretching after cardio.

Feel better soon. I've been battling with my asthma this week.

Exercised yesterday- did 2.22 hours on my treadmill and 6 hours of heavy cleaning. I was really sore last night and had a hard time getting any sleep. I feel better today but I'm still a little achy. Who knew your feet could hurt this bad. I'm going to have to fine a better shoe for walking. Anyone have any suggestions for a good brand of shoe???

Walked on treadmill for 2 hours. Had some fun doing a front cross step when I was at a slow point of my walking, it challenges your balance and uses your core more. I had fun with it.
