Great job ladies! Are you also following the nutrition plan that came with the program or do you have your own nutrition plan?
7.52 inches lost overall from month 1 & 2. Scale weight is not important, so not sure.
I did go down from size 8 to size 2 jeans, so that was good.
I aborted the plan for a bit, but started up last 4 weeks, so third phase this week.
This third month is when it gets good for me. First two months were a bit too easy for me, but decent results.

Im down 5lbs this phase and 6 inches!! for a total of 6lbs and 15.5inches!!! Super thrilled!!!
