Will be starting week 8 of the SP C25K challenge this month. I also have a podcast for the C25K that goes through week 9. I'll likely start another new runner program later in the month.
I bought a heart monitor so I'll be playing around with it to determine what my max HR is, what my recovery rate range is, and what level I am at during my runnning phase.
Weight goal is 165 or less. Body Fat goal is 18.0% or less. I gained weight last July so I'm challenging myself to not let that happen this year.
Need to track more days on the food tracker. I do fine up till dinnertime (counting that is).
And, as the year is young, want to break 89 on the course.
