Weight as low as 168: Average 6,100 steps per day, excluding steps during exercise: 5 runs per week. 5 long runs in June getting to 10 miles on longest run: Develope long term running plan: Fruits and vegetables: 20 per week: Read Bible and pray daily: Gym: increase weight or reps each visit:
Thanks for the challenge. Good intentions, but tough to stick within it. I need to ask a buddy down the street to so surge training within me to be sure that I do it. So easy to skip it and find something more interesting to do.
Never did like exercise.
