Nice goals and great continued success on maintenance. How long is the training cycle for the 10k?

My June goals:

- Run in at least one race (had planned on a 5K, but the one I was signed up for was cancelled, so it looks like it'll be a 1 mile run on 6/14)
- Begin training for 10K in July
- Average of 10,000 steps per day
- Maintain current weight
- Work on improving personal finances
- Set / achieve short term work goals

Continue my morning 1.4 mile walk, but get time down to 25 minutes
Add cycling three evenings per week.
See weight down to 336 (down 6 pounds)

Thanks for the challenge. Good intentions, but tough to stick within it. I need to ask a buddy down the street to so surge training within me to be sure that I do it. So easy to skip it and find something more interesting to do.

Never did like exercise.

Nothing tastes as good as being healthy feels!
