I like the idea of mini-challenges that focus on health behaviors. We can have yearly, monthly, weekly challenges- I'd suggest daily, if the team was active enough. Weekly challenges would be something like, eat a different fruit or vegetable each day (promotes variety of fresh foods, helps us find one we like), get at least 7 hours of sleep each night, exercise for x number of minutes, things like that. Monthly challenges would be more like, "lost 3% of body weight"- like going from 150 to 145.5 or "drop body fat percent by 2%"- going from a BF% of 27 to 25. Then yearly would be the big ones for people who need to either lose a lot of weight or have really high fitness goals, like they want to run a marathon or something.
