I saw this on another team and thought it'd be fun!
The challenge is to move "down" from one BMI category to the next.
Example- If I'm in the Obese category, my goal is to be in the Overweight category. If I'm in the Overweight category, my goal is to be in the Healthy category.
Now, I know that BMI is just one (and not a perfect one, either) indicator of a healthy lifestyle. My personal goal is to be in the Healthy high range or in the Obese low range. I've never weighed that much in my adult life so I don't know if I'd be able to keep that up, but that's the goal for now.
