Those are some great ideas, keep them coming. Sweet doesn't always have to mean sugar, lets try one sweet and juicy fruit a day. It helps me keep my sweet tooth at bay.

Yesterday, I made an amazing lunch that was so FULL of FLAVOR, that I didn't desire something sweet afterward. So jazz up those salads, tuna's, etc. Spices can perk those taste buds and make them forget sugar.

My aim is to encourage, facilitate and restore health, happiness and hope in harmony with LIFE in all its fullness.
