I also have taken just about all the sugar out of my diet. two things that you could bake that you don't have to worry about amount of stevia to use is betty crockers sugar free yellow cake and her brownies. my whole family doesn't even know it is sugar free they love it, even the grandkids. glad you are doing great at this . it does work, I hardly crave sugar at all even if I see something. I just say oh that does look good and keep on movin. I don't have the urge to buy it. great job. been without sugar for three months now.
keep on trucking

You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face.
Mistakes are the portals of discovery.
Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.
It is never too late to be what you might have been.

so, now that sugar is no longer a front runner in my diet I feel like I can eat anything I want and that its ok to say no to treats. I am sticking to my calorie budged and have taken sugar out of my coffee completely so now it is just in the granola I eat and some of the yogurt. when I make backed treats like cookies or brownies I have made them with stevia baking blend with much success. the occasional 'treat' for me is a Starbucks nonfat white mocha or macchiato which is my fave. I usually indulge once during the weekend if I am out and about.
my plan is moderation. either make the treat myself to control the sugar content or abstain :)
