This will be week 5 for me. It's gone better than I thought, but a craving snuck up on me last night out of no where. I had considered making a healthy brownie and that may have triggered the cravings. Not quite ready to eat sweets again.
If you don't love yourself....how can you expect others to.

Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.

I can't believe I am at the end of my journey already. Boy does the time fly! I tell you my veggies have gotten better. I eat a veggie instead of a dessert or second helping of stretches now. Plus, I am still drinking water and exercising. It all comes down to the healthy eating. I am hoping that the rest of you are doing well. Have a good night. And a great Holiday (Labor Day).
