This will be week 5 for me. It's gone better than I thought, but a craving snuck up on me last night out of no where. I had considered making a healthy brownie and that may have triggered the cravings. Not quite ready to eat sweets again.
If you don't love yourself....how can you expect others to.
I am actually at NINE weeks, come Sunday! It's also my husband's b-day. I just hope I can avoid his b-day cake! I might needs some help, yall!!!!
...Take the steps that will allow you to stick with your accomplishment.
You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face.
Mistakes are the portals of discovery.
Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.
It is never too late to be what you might have been.
Well done : )
Good Morning! I just wanted to say congratulations! What an awesome accomplishment! I am entering week 2, and putting the effort truly into the goal. Have a great holiday!
I can't believe I am at the end of my journey already.
Boy does the time fly! I tell you my veggies have gotten better.
I eat a veggie instead of a dessert or second helping of stretches now.
Plus, I am still drinking water and exercising. It all comes down to the healthy eating.
I am hoping that the rest of you are doing well. Have a good night.
And a great Holiday (Labor Day). Your friend in Fitness and Healthy Eating,
