I started out top weight 245 but that was when I actually got on a scale. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia almost 20 years ago. Over the years I've learned that I do so much better when I eat organic foods and I haven't eaten red meat in years I have been gradually working more raw foods, vegetables and fruit into my diet. I avoid drive through resturants like the plague.

Sorry to hear you are leaving...however I glad to hear that you are still pushing towards your goal. One step at a time, one day at a time!
You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face.
Mistakes are the portals of discovery.
Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.
It is never too late to be what you might have been.

I did learn a lot during this challenge, and found out a bit more about myself. I cannot, a the moment, practise moderation with sugar or bread - one bit leads to another etc and substituting doesn't help. I have to have NONE! and of course, that's probably unrealistic! I tried to make a plan of only buying one small portion of sweet stuff, but I find myself going back for more later in the day. I feel much better when I stay right off it. I'm going to try the Mindful Eating Challenge and see if that helps me more.
