no sugar added/sugar free Klondike bars are great too. I have been addicted to sugar for years. As a kid I used to eat butter and sugar sandwiches! AHHH how unhealthy. I also ate vanilla icecream w/chocolate syrup and saltines, yuck. My mom made me eat that outside because it disgusted her. I am so glad I stopped doing that.

It is pointless to say you will never eat cake again, but it is find to say I will have one slice once a month. Lots of delicious fruit is in season and coming! Also if you really have to have chocolate, the Slim Fast Brownie Bar for a meal is a great swap maybe twice a week. emoticon

thats really a good plan. i also do that with fruits like mango both dried and fresh, grapes and peaches and it actually works.

My plan is to substitute fruit and veggies for sweets. I will plan a special sweet one time a week and on special occasions. emoticon
