Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.

Welcome to the team! I am in exactly the same boat as you. Once I pop I just can't stop and it's not only with Pringles. Marshmallows are my main downfall but we'll get there and be in charge of sugar!

OK so call me a sugar addict if you please. Or wait, I want to become not a sugar addict. One is too many and the whole bag is not enough. So how do I do the challenge of this week. Staying away from Candy, Cookies, Ice cream. Doing ok so far. This is only day two on SP.
So glad to know I am not alone when it comes to sugar.
I am willing to go slow and steady to lose this weight for good.... Be healthy, Happy and just plain positive about life.
