Accept them, then give them to friends

This holiday was a good time to start this challenge but also a hard time. I truly have been trying to cut out sugar and every time I turn around people I don't see on a regular basis has been showing up bringing me treats. No thank you, no thank you, no thank you, ohhh is that my favorite okay just a little. My adoring husband is the worse.

I can walk by candy and ice cream without wanting it (most of the time), but I know there are still going to be times when I fall, but I now have the tools to help me get back up.

No question about it, tracking has made a big difference on my journey!

You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face.

Mistakes are the portals of discovery.

Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.

It is never too late to be what you might have been.

I dont snack as often and food portions aren't out of control when I track every day. I still dont have it perfect but by tracking I know what I have to change. I still get to many carbs and not enough protein. This is a slow challenge but I am getting there one baby step at a time.

I find that tracking food and exercise the key to moving forward on your journey to better health. You cannot make changes without knowing where to start for me the trackers give me a starting point

I would like to say that I always use my tracker and a week ago I would have stated it, but last week I did not track my nutrition for 2.5 days. Tracking is something I plan to do everyday, I also plan to keep track of my goals after the challenge is over.
