yea it's all about getting better and that is was I'm going to do. I'm not perfect and neither is anyone here but it's not about perfection. It's about following your goals and achieveing them with the best of your ability. The outlook is not how you see it in one day, it's more about how you've been doing overall. I've started every week over a few times. It's about getter better about my habits rather than considering myself a failure because I didn't stay on the straight and narrow. Slowly and surely my habits are improving. There is some sadness when you lose an old friend, even if it is a bad habit!

In this past week, I wrote my goal in my blog. However, I didn't pay much attention to it because I so busy with school. This week, I will work on my goal and I'm thinking that it is a good idea to see my goal on paper that way I would pay more attention to it. So, I'm starting Week 4 over and following my goals.
