Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.

I'm so happy to say that this challenge really works! I've made it to day two of week four and I'm like a different woman. The first week I admit was tough but I stuck it out and got used to substituting sugar for a healthier option or having nothing at all if I wasn't hungry. Now that TOM I usually turn into the sugar monster and practically live on chocolate, cookies and sweets for a couple of days. This month I haven't been tempted once to buy chocolate. The thought fleetingly crossed my mind while I was shopping yesterday but I didn't entertain it. My sugar cravings have all but gone!
Not only have my sugar cravings gone but my mood is much better. I'm far less irritable than I would usually me. Thank you SparkPeople!
