This has been a FANTASTIC challenge for me because I've had a MAJOR sweet tooth for as long as I can remember. When I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes, I knew I had to tame it and tame it fast! I'm happy to report that this challenge has really helped me tame the beast, which I found out last week when I had a low blood sugar episode and when the EMTs gave me Cadbury Mini Eggs (which I used to devour by the bagful) to try to get my sugar back up, I couldn't eat more than 2 because they tasted too sweet. YAY for this Challenge!
You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face.
Mistakes are the portals of discovery.
Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.
It is never too late to be what you might have been.

I have really enjoyed this challenge. I am sure it has kept all of us mindful of reading labels, and keeping a watchful eye on our sugar intake. Moderation is the key. I hope that all who that have joined this group the best, and that we all can do anything if we put our minds to it. I love all of you.
