It is the end of week four for me. I think that I have done really well. I have learned a lot and been able to drastically reduce my sugar cravings. I can actually go in a store and not buy gummy bears or chocolate. That is huge. I wish the rest of you well with the challenge. The most important thing you need to succed is a belief in yourself. You are strong. You are worth it. You deserve to be healthy and happy.

Mistakes are the portals of discovery.
Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.
It is never too late to be what you might have been.

So here we are, the last week of the challenge. I have to say that I've had my ups and downs, but I believe this challenge has really helped me to start to curb my "salt tooth." For my long term goals I will:
Drink more water (if I'm full on water I won't want to eat more salty foods) Be mindful of what I eat When I do have a salty snack, have only one so that it doesn't turn into a salty food binge.
