Great choices,,,all are on my menu in moderation. I'm turning more and more to veggies, non-starchy veggies, whenever possible.
You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face.
Mistakes are the portals of discovery.
Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.
It is never too late to be what you might have been.

I just purchased a book , cook book & 4 weeks to lose weight by fiber up your meals. I was surprised to learn if you dont receive enough fiber in the diet it will cause you to go into sugar cravings & urges .There are lots of good receipts . so I will see how it goes

Had a victory Friday night. Christmas party, lots of creamy full of fat stuff, which I could keep to a minimum, with cheesecake for dessert. I did eat my small slice, but it took me at least 45 minutes to finish it purely out of politeness. That was pretty exciting for a sugar junkie like me. It's working!
