Hi BBYGRL42, Glad to see you here, and really happy that things are going so well. I have fished my 4 weeks, but I still like being here, and getting lots of info. on better ways to do things and just keep learning stuff. I to have found a peanut butter(Planters, Energy Mix, Berry nut) It's peanut butter with cranberries & peanuts I got it at WalMart. It's really good! The other night I used 5 crackers with 2 Tbsp. (only 180 calories in the peanut butter) But I do think your natural peanut butter and apples sounded really good to. Now your making me hungry! Hope to talk with you later, and

We are at the end of week 3 and I am still doing good. I even found two bags of mini peppermint patties when we were doing a major cleaning of the apt yesterday and I had no desire to eat one actually I normally would've eaten 3 to 6 of them - lol. I am so happy I decided to take this challenge it has helped sooooo much. As I said in Week 2's discussion I have been very busy with work this is why I am now including my progress for this week. It will probably be the same for week 4 but I will definitely visit over the weekend to let everyone know my progress. I will also say the my new favorite snack is Natural Peanut Butter and apples (YUMMY-YUMMY) it reallys does help quell any sweet cravings and I just love eating it. Keep up the good work everyone.
