Starting Over - me too. Good Luck, sounds like you're back on track! For me I think my body went into the go crazy mode fearing that I was making changes! Had to eat everything in sight. Then went to a conference for work. Getting back on track this week.
I'm starting week 3 over too. I went through the program and was doing pretty good... then went on vacation and failed! lol So, here I am, minimizing, swapping, and being mindful again. Today is day 2 (yesterday was successful mostly) and I am feeling strong.

Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.

sure you can stay in the same week until you feel you have accomplished your goals for that week. There is no rule that says you must move on. You will get the trophy when you complete week 4 no matter how long that takes. Best wishes as you begin week 3 again
