While this has goals to meet as a collective group, this is a personal journey. Others may think with a "mob" mentality, but if you have a goal and are working to meet it, we others should be here to support you. I have learned much about myself with this challenge and am trying to respect my flaws while learning my triggers and my body in the process.
I just received my week four challenge email, but I am not happy with my week three progress. Is continuing a week before pressing on allowed? Or should I check off as done, go to week four, and then repeat the challenge?
