For me, it might be, "I have done so well as week, I deserve a treat." However, one "treat" leads to another and another until I am bummed.

emoticon I am not sure of the social settings that cause you issues on the weekends but maybe you can offer to bring a treat that is either sugar free or is a healthy fruit dip. If it is at a restaurant then begin by not eating the whole treat but sharing it with someone else.

Monday through Friday, I eat healthy and I don't keep sweets in the house (except chocolate chips for baking, and I can stay away from those. In fact, I don't even bake sweet treats for myself even if I have a craving). I have some kind of whole grain cereal in the evening when I'm craving something sweet. I find that Pink Lady apples satisfy my hunger and any mid-afternoon sweets craving that might creep up. But come the weekend...
I lose all control when I'm in a social situation and sugar's been invited. That's the reason I joined this challenge, and every weekend so far, I've blown it by losing myself in chocolatey treats. I may need to try this challenge a second time.
