Well my triggers I want to avoid are, 1) being stressed and frustrated. For that I found some good breathing exercises. 2) being tired. That one is a little harder with my teething baby, but if I feel tired I will just take a nap with her. 3) which is also a sugar craving trigger is I will reduce my coffee and cake to twice a week and not daily basis.
