I am avoiding all refined sugar products. Feel great. Somebody remind me when I start getting tempted.

Well I could do that but why would I want to?

Now that Thanksgiving is over, and I have consciously chosen to break my carb fast I will be getting back on the wagon. I will be avoiding breads, cookies and candy. I know these are trigger foods for me as well as corn products.
