Great discovery!

You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face.

Mistakes are the portals of discovery.

Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.

It is never too late to be what you might have been.

So true all so helps to find peace in your life I all so toke a boundaries course and ways to help me see and change much from my past and ways to not let others control me Have to fix the mess first then move on.

I am not pussyfooting around. :)

I found I can by stress management control my stress I like to do something like art when I am bored Phone someone when lonely

I am on week two of the tame the sweet tooth challenge. I discovered that I am an emotional eating sweets junkie. Whenever I am sad, lonely, bored, stressed or upset that is when I go on a sweets binge. the times I am in a happy, positive and upbeat mood like I have been lately I am not eating everything in sight. I don't eat 5-6 twinkies in one setting when I am not in one of my emotional eating moods. this discovery is crucial to helping me. Now I know I can substitute sweets for keeping an emotional eating blog on spark people. I can come on get support through this rather than cave and eat sweets.
