Healthy food in McDonald's...yeah...seen this commercial.
Maybe you have access to some "unprepared" without crap already put in.

Way to go! I can relate! My office provides Free candy, donuts, and soft drinks! I do take advantage of a diet Mt dew daily, but pass on the candy and donuts.. It was very hard at first but now I can just walk right past them! Keep pushing forward towards emoticon your goal! Take it 1 day at a time and It will get easier!

Still taking it 1 day at a time!

I am a manager at a McDonald's Restaurant and I eat for free. That's a pretty big trigger and impossible to avoid so I just have to set my resolve. There are lots of healthy options there and I usually have that but I always seem to want a little sweet thing after, hot caramel sundaes are my downfall. Since I started this challenge I have managed to do one week without them though.
