Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.
It is never too late to be what you might have been.
Way to go! I can relate! My office provides Free candy, donuts, and soft drinks! I do take advantage of a diet Mt dew daily, but pass on the candy and donuts.. It was very hard at first but now I can just walk right past them! Keep pushing forward towards your goal! Take it 1 day at a time and It will get easier!

I am a manager at a McDonald's Restaurant and I eat for free. That's a pretty big trigger and impossible to avoid so I just have to set my resolve. There are lots of healthy options there and I usually have that but I always seem to want a little sweet thing after, hot caramel sundaes are my downfall. Since I started this challenge I have managed to do one week without them though.
