Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.

You are right. I realized that when I was tired at night, I would eat just to help keep me awake. Once I really started to recognize that it helped. I started going to bed a bit earlier and stopped eating to stay awake.

My triggers are like most of yours - lack of sleep really makes it hard. When work is stressful and goodies are plentiful - those are difficult triggers. One of you advised me to say "I need to watch my sugar intake". I like that, it sounds like a medical reason so people should stop pushing me to eat pastries. I plan to not go to the grocery store hungry, so I can keep from buying ice cream bars.
