The hunt for sugar is a full time job...it is literally in everything in one form or another. That being said, don't be discouraged. Like sodium and cholesterol, your body needs some sugar and the goal to bring the amount we consume back to a more honorable and reasonable level is worth the hunt.
You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face.
Mistakes are the portals of discovery.
Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.
It is never too late to be what you might have been.

Ok so week 2 is here although im sure I haven't logged in a little over a week I have been so busy lately lol. so I looked at the hidden sugars slide show first and was completely surprised that there was sugar in dried fruit, ketchup, bbq sauce, sports drinks, granola, and yogurt. I always thought that yogurt was a healthy option so it would just get all of its sweetness from the fruit same with the dried fruit. it was all just surprising. I took the sugar quiz and got 3 out of 10 answers right so I decieded I suck at finding the hidden sugars lol the 3 things I plan on cutting out of my diet is pop, candy, cake of any kind and as an added bonus juice I plan on supplementing unsweetened tea and water and making my own fruit/herb infused water instead of drinking the juice and pop. thank you pintrest for putting up a how to for infused waters definitely going to come in handy this week. :) im honestly not sure if im lighter the same or heavier at the start of this week since I forgot to weigh myself this morning so we will see tomorrow morning :)
