Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.

I know, it's really hard to resist some times but I shake it off and move on. I won't beat myself up any more
I started out top weight 245 but that was when I actually got on a scale. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia almost 20 years ago. Over the years I've learned that I do so much better when I eat organic foods and I haven't eaten red meat in years I have been gradually working more raw foods, vegetables and fruit into my diet. I avoid drive through resturants like the plague.
Yes, sweets in the house would be the death of me. I have vowed just to eat them outside of the house and as a rare treat. Toughest time is when company comes and they won't take the leftovers sweets home with them. Sometimes I resist and throw it out.... sometimes I don't.
I can go from 0 to 60 and back to 0 all in a week if I have sweet treats in the house. I'm so great at avoiding sugar, but every couple of months, I just want to eat something sweet. I should focus on making some of SP's recipes (the blueberry banana nut bread is AWESOME!!!!) so that I don't go for the Snicker's or the extra sugar in a cup of tea, or the cookies and candies that I just LOVE! There's a gallon of Heath Bar Ice Cream in my freezer right now -- and it's calling my name!!!! Aaaaaarrrrrrrggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh hhhhh!
