My husband was really skinny for a long time, now he is starting to pick up weight. But he really supports me in my efforts.

I started out top weight 245 but that was when I actually got on a scale. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia almost 20 years ago. Over the years I've learned that I do so much better when I eat organic foods and I haven't eaten red meat in years I have been gradually working more raw foods, vegetables and fruit into my diet. I avoid drive through resturants like the plague.

I am sure this makes it more difficult for you in the challenge and at many social events the two of you may attend but i encourage you to stay the course for the duration of the challenge.
I used to have a very skinny husband and now he is getting older he is putting on more weight. I think he could lose a few pounds but he will not even consider changes at this point so it is useless to try. i do cook healthy meals at home so i know one meal is good for him.

I have a very skinny husband. He snacks alot -n- never gains any weight. PS: I wish he would gain weight i think he is 2 skinny!!!!
