i went to a brewer game last night and decided to reward myself with some ice cream... with almost two weeks of no sweets it felt pretty weird to have all that sugar and i definitely got a stomach ache after wards... it was pretty good though but i did notice that i did want more after... though i didnt indulge myself....

I was really looking forward to my Birthday Weekend. But I worried about all the potential sweet temptations starting my cravings off again. I had a mini-sundae at my birthday party with my friends and later an ice cream cake with the family. I talked a friend (household of 6)into taking half the cake so I ended up with only 2 servings. Normally, I would have been happy eating the entire cake myself! It's not sugar-free living, but certainly much better. I have one more birthday event left: dinner with the girls. But I think I've negotiated that into a shared dessert, so hopefully that is one more bulleted dodged.
