Well, the pop has never been an issue as I have grown up on diet due to my mother being diabetic however chocolate is a problem for me as I'm used to having that around due to the same condition mentioned above. I like the idea of the skinny cow. That is a great tip that I think I am going to try.

I have not had a pop in over a year now and do not miss it at all. I have been pretty good with the chocolate, no binges but I do eat a skinny cow ice cream cone a couple times a week
and. I do have a piece of my son's birthday cake in the freezer and after tomorrow a few peanut butter eggs waiting for me to meet my goal. Good Luck everybody !

Starting my wk 2, so am cutting back a lil sugar in the coffee. My co workers joke that I like a lil coffee with me sugar. LOL

I also take animal crackers to wk daily. I will take fewer from now on.

Will be cutting back on dessert portions.

Choclate cake is a down fall for me too. I have lost some weight, but I have to have 1 oz of dark dark chocolate a day.It helps with my migrains. I have also given up soda too. I drink milk and water alot of water.

Today is the frist day of the rest of your life make it count.

I was rather shocked when I read all the sugar that was hidden in food.
Especially the soda and the chocolate cake. I have decided to completely eliminate the soda.
It is not good for my joints since I have athuritis and it hinders the weight loss process.
I am going to also start cutting back on the chocolate and eat only the dark kind.
Hope that the rest of you are doing well on this challenge. Holly
